Return Eligibility

  • Items must be reported within 24 hours  of delivery for return eligibility.
  • Only  damaged, expired, or incorrect items  are eligible for return.
  • Perishable goods like fresh vegetables, fruits, and meat cannot be returned but may qualify for a refund if reported immediately with clear evidence.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide order details and clear pictures of the item.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 - 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed through bank transfers.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
