Lagos & Abuja: 24 - 48 hours
Other Major Cities: 2 - 4 business days
Remote Areas: 3 - 5 business days
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or expired items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 3 - 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be made via bank transfer.
